Right after coming straight from a less than average experience with a viewing at another house in waipawa, i was very impressed with how super friendly yet professional, extremely welcoming, and the best part, straight up honest Kate was towards us and with what she knew about the house/property and it's history. Growing up in the area she had tons of knowledge of the region which was good to hear bout as we are not familiar ourselves. She was right on point with what we had been learning on right up to date info about the current housing market, particularly in the local area. And based on her extensive knowledge on these details, Kate was also able to give us a helpful insight into the future with regards to the home itself in relation to expected local housing growth as well as info on relevant councils/utilities etc. Lastly and to sum up the whole experience it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kate and very highly likely that without all of the above, we may very well have not gone back for another viewing!
