I really cannot express how helpful and knowledgeable Kate is about the NZ market. She also offers great advice, clear instructions, is very forthright and professional. She has my full endorsement. I have bought and sold properties and this one since I was remote and not a NZ resident was a bit more complicated, but I did not see any issues, because Kate took care of everything. The market was soft, but Kate worked the marketing/promotion and found a buyer who will love the place that I will miss a lot.
