Kate was unbelievable. We live in Palmy and we're looking for a home that would be a stone throw away from family. The process for us and the goregous lady selling her home was divine. Everything fell into place so beautifully. Honesty and trustworthy are huge. Her knowledge if the area and what we were looking for made us realise we needed to make a plan. All the documentation, working alongside lawyers and the wishes of the home owner, was simply amazing. At the time my husband and myself were doing a lot of traveling between pur families so personally for me she was brilliant as any issue wasn't an issue at all. Kate simply I can't thank you enough. You are the first real estate person who I felt truly listed too. There was no pressure. Communication perfect.
