We were extremely happy with the very seamless process of the sale of our unique property which sold a lot quicker than we anticipated. Kate did an amazing job with the marketing, presented it in the best way possible and we benefited immensely from this. Communication is certainly one of her strong points and at no point did we have to do the chasing. This is our second involvement with Kate, the first was with a purchase where we received the same professionalism - we will certainly seek her out if we require an agent again.
