Kate is great!

Kate gave us helpful, well researched sales information in 2019 and 2020. When we engaged her to sell in 2021 and told her we were serious this time, Kate was straight into action, involved and enthusiastic. She gave us excellent advice and showed warmth and diplomacy in dealing with neighbours in adjoining flats and even across the street. We were astonished when she brought her weed eater to tidy the land belonging to a terminally ill owner. Her can do attitude was reflected in the speed of the sale, in spite some resistance from the sitting tenant. I believe the timing of the sale was crucial to her obtaining a price far above our expectations. I cannot recommend Kate too highly. She is straight and direct in dealing with information, yet sensitive and tactful in dealing with people. I am delighted she enabled first time home buyers to secure the property. Kate made the process of selling easy and pleasant. I recommend Kate and Aristo wholeheartedly. The flat fee was the icing on the cake!
