Kate took charge, respectfully. She is a professional who knows what needs to happen and she lead us along but always communicated clearly, plainly and in a timely manner. We were able to put the sale of our property firmly in her hands and stand back, confident that Kate would communicate ‘what next’ and ‘now what’. She gave us choices and good information to make decisions. The decisions were always ours but Kate was able to make solid recommendations.
