Kate is amazing, she goes above and beyond for her clients . She is professional but friendly at the same time. Her warm manner makes you feel like you are in great hands. She is helpful and kept in contact through out the whole process. We have used different companies in the past (Ray White & Bayleys ) and Arizto's and Kate's services were much better than these companies. We would reccomened Kate to any of our friends and family.
There's not many occasions I would bother writing a review for anyone but Kate absolutely deserves an 5 star review. This was our first home buy and as everyone know this is a very exciting but very stressful experience. we have been looking for houses for very long time and we have met tons and tons of agents along the way. some good but some not so good. when we met Kate we knew she is honest about everything and also a person very easy to work with. as I remember we put an offer through on the same day we met her. she helped us a lot through the process but without being one of those annoying agent. she was extremely proffesional and very on time on all the requests we had from her. I would definitely work with her again with knowing her best interest is to look after her clients as best as she can. can't recommend enough to anyone else who needs her service. Kate was great to work with. Her knowledge of the house was extensive right from the first open home. While it wasn’t an easy sell, Kate worked tirelessly to get it over the line for both parties. She was professional yet gave some personal tips and opinions which helped us see the houses potential

Kate gave us helpful, well researched sales information in 2019 and 2020. When we engaged her to sell in 2021 and told her we were serious this time, Kate was straight into action, involved and enthusiastic. She gave us excellent advice and showed warmth and diplomacy in dealing with neighbours in adjoining flats and even across the street. We were astonished when she brought her weed eater to tidy the land belonging to a terminally ill owner. Her can do attitude was reflected in the speed of the sale, in spite some resistance from the sitting tenant. I believe the timing of the sale was crucial to her obtaining a price far above our expectations. I cannot recommend Kate too highly. She is straight and direct in dealing with information, yet sensitive and tactful in dealing with people. I am delighted she enabled first time home buyers to secure the property. Kate made the process of selling easy and pleasant. I recommend Kate and Aristo wholeheartedly. The flat fee was the icing on the cake!
