She made sure we were kept up to date with any developments and I know she advocated for us and the house with all potential buyers. I met Kate at an open home she was running and I was impressed. My partner and I had two homes to sell (in a hurry) so we could buy our first home together and when I looked into her company profile, her sales figures and saw her rates I knew she’d be our agent. She have all the informations that I need to know about property. I had an appointment with Kate 10am on the 19/12/2023 to view the property and she told me that she will present all the offers to the owner of the house in the afternoon. My offer was accepted late in the afternoon, same day . In 14 working days,I got the house key.

Words cannot say how grateful I am to have had Kate Lamont leading the way through selling my parents estate, which was also my childhood home.
