Kate Kellett is excellent at her job.

We chose Harcourts because of their long sponsorship association with the Havelock North Bowling Club, and Kate Kellett as she was the named sponsor for several years. Kate quickly Established a strong working relationship with us, explaining in detail the options for sale and advised the marketing strategy and the associated costs. The open home programme was initially not successful because (a) The market was very subdued. (b There was a large number of similar properties for sale in Havelock North (c) The timing over the winter /spring months was probably wrong. However after a break the house sold quickly. At all times Kate kept us fully informed with reports on the open homes, how the market was performing, and suggesting any tactical changes. Her phone line to our house must have run hot as a result of her many calls. She is a very successful agent and it was our plesure to work with her.
