Kate and Karl are a strong team and despite our sale taking longer than we might have liked we were very pleased with their service. They seem to be fully aware of the local property market, respond quickly to queries, take everything in their stride, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very personable. We were absent vendors in a difficult market but they kept us fully informed at all times and helped us in every way possible to achieve our successful sale. We would recommend them to anyone in the area wanting to sell their property.
