We had the pleasure of working with Kate to find a holiday home in Pauanui. Nothing was a problem fitting around our schedules to ensure property viewings were available when we needed them. Kate was easy to work with and had great communication. She was approachable, kept us informed, and made the process straightforward. During DD etc gaining access and getting trades through etc was no trouble it all. The service provided was outstanding. If we were selling she would be our top pick to represent us.
