Kate did an awesome job selling our property. Kate had originally sold us the home a few years earlier so she knew the extent of the re-decoration and renovation that we had done. She was enthusiastic and went above and beyond to get us the price we wanted. Even when she got an offer we were prepared to accept she tried for a bit more and acheived it. She was certainly working for us and not just trying to get a quick sale. We were stoked with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Kate to anyone.
