Excellent Communicator and genuinely cares about her Vendors and Purchasers.

Kate was amazing during the process of us buying in Lincoln. We were purchasing from out of town and she made the whole thing easy as she is an excellent communicator. She was quick to answer any queries we had and kept in contact until we were finally unconditional after the sale of our house.
