Friendly and approachable

Kate was brilliant to work with in the purchase of our recent property. She was willing to go out of her way to help us and was always available to answer any questions we might have. Kate was so lovely with our young daughter and made her feel included and entertained during appointments which was an absolute bonus. We felt very at ease and looked after by Kate during the process and she handled everything promptly and professionally. Thank you again Kate!
