I have bought and sold a few houses over the years, but I have never had an agent so attentive as Kate Bratschi, whom I took on to sell my property. She took care of my every need by listening and responding in an efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable way. She went above and beyond her job description, making me feel very safe in the knowledge she was totally capable of selling my home, and would make all the right decisions for me. In saying that, she allowed me input every step of the way, giving me choices, so I felt in control of the advertising and selling process. Actually, after Kate sold my home, I wish I'd owned an expensive house, as she deserved a far higher commission in my eyes than she would have received from my cheap home! That's the point, she didn't treat me any differently than someone selling a million dollar home, I was made to feel my sale was just as important to her.
