Loved that Kate kept me well informed. She phoned me after each open home to give me an update but also let me know once conditions on the contract were booked in & then completed. She was professional through the entire process & was always available to answer any questions. Living out of town I appreciated that Kate would pop in to check the progress of tradies etc She was also flexible, coming to my house and even my hairdresser at one point to get my signature on a contract!
