Communication was spot on, she obviously has been doing this a while. However I am appaled at the lack of disclosure about the property we were buying. First thing we had to do when we moved in is to get carpet cleaners in only to be told no carpet was spared of cat pee. We had to rip out all the carpets and sanitize the concrete. It stank for days! There was literally a soaked patch near the breakfast bar. On viewing the Agent told us it's just the curtains that stink and also because the house was locked up for a while. They obviously used deodorizer as the smell was not that apparent when we did our final inspection. It was so depressing having to live on concrete for the whole of winter as we didnt have the finances to recarpet straight away. I will never trust her with any of my property again
