I found Kat to be personable, helpful and efficient. Throughout my journey in finding a home I met Kat a few times at a number of different properties. I found her to be personable and helpful. I didn't feel obligated to her, which was another good quality I liked about her. When I felt like I had made up my mind to put an offer on a home she was efficient in providing myself and my solicitor with the information we needed or needed to acquire to ensure the smooth running of purchasing my home. I trusted her.

We signed up with Brayden Coldicut but as he was going to be overseas he passed us on to Kat Tomlinson to manage the sale of our property. Kat was really proactive, communicated brilliantly and we got a really good result quickly at the price we were after. Kat was well supported by her fellow Team Coldicut team and also by Harcourts Sales Manager Jackie Forsyth who was also great to deal with.
