Not only was Kat proactive and on the ball with every detail, but also genuinely fun to spend time with which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Kat was an excellent realestate agent. She had good insights as to how much a property would go for. She was great at finding property to view that suited my budget and taste. She was easy to talk to, fast at responding to any questions I had and nothing seemed to be an issue. I will definitely use Kat in the future.

There were challenging times for her along the way but her calm approach and ease she displayed was commendable. The property I was selling was tenanted at the time, so she had to work in with the tenants re viewings etc. but she went out of her way to make sure everybody was happy at ALL times. Kat has a lovely personna, not pushy, very polite and listens to what you want and gets the job done. Would recommend her to anybody that is considering listing their property in the future.
