Kat was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. She was very approachable, quick to answer questions and keep me updated with progress. It was my first home and Kat made the process really easy and straight forward. I felt respected by her and like she was on my side even though I have been told real estate agents "work for the vendor and not the buyer". I really like how she runs her business, partnering with other local businesses to make the buying and moving process as easy as possible. It was also really lovely to receive local gifts in the settlement process! I would highly recommend purchasing property through Kat Campbell & Co.
