Kat was fantastic. She answered all of our questions- we had a lot, not knowing the process. She spoke to us in a way we could understand without the jargon- this was so helpful. It’s a stressful thing buying a house at Christmas and she was just so helpful. We were successful in the purchase and she kept in contact and answered questions along the way. We would (and have) recommended her to everyone. What a star.
