I really appreciated Kat's businesslike attitude and knowledge of the Nelson market. With three siblings acting under power of attorney, none of us in Nelson, we needed an agent we could rely on. Kat handled everything consummately, keeping us informed every step of the way and arranging for tradespeople when necessary.
