Vary easy to communicate with

Firstly I thought that I could sell my house on my own without paying a real estate agent and I probably could have! S#!t I'm glad I didn't try that I would have totally undersold myself. I had a ring around agents and found Kat to be honest and approachable the pricing was much of a muchness and I had a good feeling with Kat. She didn't mess around, once I had gone over what I wanted to achieve we were away laughing (in more ways than one). Kat's team was helpful and friendly throughout the experience. bla bla bla. She's good, I didn't have to do bugger all and I got a top dollar! I got more than I expected in a faster time with very little stress. No brainer I highly recommend and will be using her again!

From first day on the market to unconditional in just over a fortnight, couldn’t be happier with that.
