The steady hand we needed through a busy year

We first noticed Kash after he sold our neighbour's house, and I’m glad we reached out. It took us over 10 months from that first meeting to actually list, but Kash was there the whole time; always happy to chat and give advice without any pressure. This was a huge year for us (got married, moved after 17 years, and had our first kid), so things were pretty chaotic. Kash totally stepped up and did the heavy lifting to get things moving when we didn't have the bandwidth. He’s just a genuine, likeable guy who makes you feel like everything is under control. He always knew the next move and kept us in the loop constantly. After such a positive experience during a crazy time in our lives, I’d definitely work with Kash again in the future.
