We met with Kash as we were buying a home from him. In order to buy the house we had to sell ours, but we had some extra weeks to make the sale as the one we were buying was tenanted. Kash's initial assessment of my house's price was much higher than I had expected, but he had the numbers to back up his assessment. Unfortunately, Auckland level 4 lockdown started the day we put our property on the market. Selling my house during lockdown was a bit scary! Lockdown rules prevented anyone from entering our property, so we took photos and video of our home until the rules were relaxed and the professional could enter. The lockdown came as a surprise, but Kash had a plan for everything that could go wrong. Kash worked very hard to arrange private viewings as soon as the lockdown rules were relaxed. Even as buyers coming around would give feedback with a lower price than we were expecting, he did not lower his estimate of what our property was worth. Kash was very thorough in that he always had a plan and a backup plan, and backup plans for the backup plan. I always felt like time was on my side, even as lockdown made things challenging. He was always very respectful of mask wearing, social distancing, etc. Thanks to Kash, in the end a buyer came through with just the right price, right on the money as they say.
