This was not a straightforward sale, with hiccups along the way, but Karyn worked steadfastly through to the end. She willingly facilitated multiple trips to the property to enable quotes and investigate possibilities, and also forwarded enquiries to the vendor to help inform decisions. The part that was not completely satisfying was communication - we would have liked prompt feedback on open homes and a little more transparency in regards to what is going on with on-going marketing, buyers, and the final stages of the sale. This may have been a unique situation as sometimes candid conversations happened in town which led to some confusion between us. Though after this review, she realises this and has been professional in every other respect.
