When I outlined my situation, Karly gave me her suggestion and then got confirmation from a colleague that her suggestion was appropriate. Great communication was Karly’s top priority even when she was on a holiday with her family. If I had any questions pondering about the house she would not hesitate to answer let alone ring me back and answer my questions. As the days got closer to the unconditional side of the house she would regularly check in making sure “our ducks were in order” .
