Easy from the get-go

As soon as we stepped in the door, Karl greeted us with a smile and took the time to get to know a little bit about us and our family. We immediately felt comfortable. In fact, we felt so comfortable that we asked him to sell our house too! Communication was excellent throughout and we felt like we could approach him with any questions we had. Overall a very easy, positive and professional experience!
