Perfect sale strategy

My property had a lot of renovations done in last 10 years. So expectation was that this would be recognized in the sale price. But difficult to set a value so decided to use auction pathway. Turned out to be perfect strategy as after only 3 weeks market exposure a sale was concluded. Price was above RV which was also the hoped for result. Advice and guidance throughout sale process was prompt, clear and well focused. Auction process was absolutely faultless . Congratulations to Karl and his sales support team. Will use again.
