Karl was great from the get go. No question was too silly (and there were lots as first home buyers) and he made sure we always knew what was happening. I really appreciated his communication. We ran into a bit of an issue right before going unconditional and Karl had it sorted for us within 24 hours! Would highly recommend Karl to anyone I know and will use him in the future when we go to sell.
Karl had a result on my property within weeks of being on the market. A setback the day before unconditional was handled quickly with Karl organizing everything that needed to be done.
