We have found Karin also to be extremely professional and very easy to deal with. The great communication skills and the wealth of knowledge that she possesses has very much been appreciated. A lot of hard work went in to achieving the sale of our home. Nothing has been any trouble to follow up. And just for example Karin spent around about 2 hours with us just this Saturday gone helping us to find our next home. Absolutely recommend Karin!

Karin was great - when we were trying to find our house she took us around all houses in the area that met our profile - including multiple visits to a few of the properties. We did end up purchasing from one of her clients and she was professional but also helpful on some of the NZ requirements that we were unfamiliar with (moving over from NZ). She also gave us local solicitors names as we didn't know any. Karin is knowledgeable and willing to help both clients and purchasers.
