Karena and Nicky as a team were seamless in their 24/7 coverage of vetting the numerous prospects, to the point we only received those people that were genuine, and therefore did not waste time as evidenced in the four conditional offers that culminated in receiving a successful unconditional offer. Both ladies were always contactable no matter the hour and were constructive in being responsive and not reactive in deliver an exemplary communication style. Karena's marketing expertise covered all mediums to the point we experienced both onshore and offshore enquiries that we did not get from the previous two agencies Harcourts and Bayley's. Nicky for her role of negotiator, left nothing to chance in best presenting our property and in managing the ongoing interaction with the prospects. Putting the desired outcome of a successful sale aside, we could not have been any happier on the journey Team Karena and Nicky took us.

Karena worked well behind the scene keeping everything ticking along and communicating with us regularly with updates on their marketing approach.

The whole sale process was made easy thanks to Karena. Her knowledge, dedication and attention to detail made the whole process as stress free as possible. Karena’s communication was great too. Thank you, Karena!
