From the beginning her assistance was invaluable, due to storms we were unable to get to Waihi Beach from the Waikato and she viewed the property and got it on the market with very little input from us. Karen kept us informed and followed through on everything she offered and was able to put our mind at ease from a distance, in fact we only met up with her in person to sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement.
