On meeting Karen for the 1st time, it quickly became apparent that we had made a correct decision in selection of a real estate agency to represent us after a referral. Very good! Took us through heaps of houses, didn’t pressure us into any of them. She was very helpful as we are young and were first home buyers. Had a little bit of a mix up with council papers and LIM report but other than that Karen did an awesome job.
