Karen was a absolute delight to work with, made the whole process easy by being extremely efficient and contactable the whole time. A calm and relatable approach made me feel confident I was in the right hands where I felt I was being looked after and not being pushed through the process. Having dealt with a few different agents over my time, karen has to be at the top of my list now that I will use again if needed. karen had a great concept on how things needed to go to get the sale done with the least amount of pressure over what is usually a very stressful time. Karen was providing great and timely advice the whole time so nothing was left to the last minute.
