Karen was extremely professional at all stages of the sale, despite at times I’m sure she wanted to pull her hair out. She managed to get our very reluctant tenant on side and negotiated with the new owners who also lived out of town and bought it on the advice of her Mother. Once again she worked tirelessly and the property needed work. Kind, gentle and understanding Karen was magnificent to deal with at all stages of the sale.

Karen established a bond with us at the very beginning of us wishing to list our properties No mean feat as we lived away at that time. Karen tirelessly worked with the tenants, neither of whom liked the idea, and one house was incredibly cluttered. Communication from Karen was absolutely faultless, and frequently phoned us both with developments. We don’t know how she managed to get us such a good price... but she did!
