Great personal touch

We had three Real Estae agents come and offer quotes for our house. We chose Karen because she was the only one that stayed longer than five minutes. I’m fact she stayed for nearly an hour and took the time to understand our situation and needs. Karen also went above and beyond by facilitating access to the property for all different stakeholders while we were away on holiday. Her manner was always extremely pleasant and she always took the time to apply a personal touch. It was the first time that we sold a house and she always kept us well informed.
