I met Karen at a open home one day and I was taken with her calm demeanour, knowledge, her ‘non pushy’ approach if I may say that, and her excellent marketing, when it came to sell my property she was the first one I called as I knew she was the agent for me and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision, she was clear and concise in her communication, gave her thoughts but never pushed them on me, brought extras to the photo shoot to save me buying things to make the place looks fab, went above and beyond the whole way through, was always available via phone, txt and email, had everything ready when need be paperwork wise and the price and conditions on the offer she got for the property exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Karen as not only a wonderful agent but a really good genuine lady to deal with.
