Excellent service from Karen and I would certainly engage her again. Karen had been discharged from hospital the night before I asked to view my unit and was still so ill, we had to drive her to the location. The property had two other offers on it and I was thrilled when Karen to me I had won the bid. I found Karen very efficient and her knowledge of the area was excellent. There were some hiccoughs with the purchase (on my side only) and Karen ensured things ran smoothly. Karen called to see me after I moved in and gave me a lovely bottle of wine and a voucher from an excellent garden centre. Both were very much appreciated. Karen priced the house a bit higher than was attractive to buyers who were slow to pick up at that range. However after some waiting we sold at the level we were comfortable with.
