We purchased the house through Karen and we found her to be really helpful. From the initial appraisal to the final signing and possession date hand over of keys, Karen was thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. We felt privileged to have her represent us. We felt she was courteous and professional with any prospective purchasers. Karen's sales experience, market knowledge and personality made the house sale experience a great one for us. We thoroughly recommend Karen Johansson and Total Realty to anyone contemplating selling or purchasing real estate.

I liked Karen's attitude. Simple, well priced.

Reliable service used previously. A pleasant experience over a stressful period. Karen was very patient. Always responded quickly and thoughtfully. Very diplomatic with my buyer.

Friendly we found Karen to be caring and professional and down to earth person, we enjoy her company, I must say Karen never gave up we were on the market for a while. And she brought us more offers than our last agent she didn’t give up.
