Karen and hubby Murray are an amazing team to work with. Right from the get-go they were supportive and professional. This listing was by no means a standard listing. I am not living in NZ, and contact with me was not as they might have expected, not to mention the 12 hour time difference. Their willingness to get me a great result, and determination to complete the process was exceptional. Very undertsanding during a period that was full of unknowns for me, they had a calming approach. When things got a little complicated they rolled their sleeves up and really pitched in, above and beyond as titled. I could not have gotten through this without them, I was especially lucky to have them recommended to me with a great many agents available.
