Highly recommended!

We had signed up for another agency and had 10 open homes. The campaign was slow and we were receiving low ball offers. Our agent then quit her job and we were left without an agent and were incredibly deflated. Karen had sold the house across the street from us, so we got her in knowing that she was familiar with our area and had success in the past. Right away she understood our situation and had faith that she could sell our beautiful home. Bayleys worked as a team and rather than having just one agent, we had a large team that worked together and supported each other. Karen and Shelley (the dream team) sold our home within two open homes and for a fair and reasonable price. If we sell our home in the future, we will be signing up for Bayleys again. We would highly recommend Karen for anyone selling in the Pāpāmoa area!
