Recognized and advised when properties were overpriced,only took me to properties within my budget. Actually listened to my wish list when other agents would advise to put in an offer, knowing that the vendors were wanting more. Would happily use Karen again if I should ever move. Karen is a honest and genuine person. Karen didn't sell my property, but found the right one for me.
