I met with Karen quite a few months before I was ready to sell and she did a good appraisal and gave me advice on what I need to do to market successfully. I selected Karen from others I went to because she clearly knew the area and the market very well, and I wanted someone with experience of selling. Karen staged the property for me which contributed to how the photos presented well. She also presented potential buyers with historical data including plans and photos of the house to show the solid foundations of the property. She worked very hard to sign up interested parties for the auction, and met with me frequently with updates. I formed the impression of someone who was very professional and able to work well with colleagues. I was very impressed with the effort she put in, and her familiarity with the area and the requirements of buyers. I would definitely recommend her to other sellers in the area.
