Karen did a great job with the sale of our property, the market was flat, we had a couple of challenges and a sale fall through along the way but Karen was always a step ahead with a plan. She did a great job with communicating where we were at each week and set realistic expectations. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell!
