This was the first time we’ve ever sold a home and Karen was amazing throughout. We had a short time frame to work with and Karen had the house photographed and listed in record time. All her tips on styling must have gone a long way because the number of people through in the first weekend of open homes hugely surpassed expectations. Karen worked hard to get useful feedback after every open home to help increase the number of potential buyers and set realistic expectations with us regarding pricing. While we didn’t end up selling at auction, after only 4 weeks on the market we had a multi offer situation days later and were unconditional only a week after the original auction date - for the price we were really hoping for! A price that seemed unrealistic part way through the campaign. Karen worked so hard with any potential buyers that were interested in our property to get them across the line.
