The property market was quite slow at the time of marketing and the property itself was quite unique so we presented Team Twizel with quite a challenge ! However, they were up to it and listened to our needs and marketed it accordingly. A combination of excellent local knowledge, friendly and thoughtful communication with us, a high standard of professionalism, patience, great listening skills and a “stick to your guns” attitude brought in a great result for all parties with no hassle. Karen was helpful where she could be in the process of us buying our house in Twizel. Things took abit longer than expected but we got there in the end and are so happy to now have a place called home. I think getting the keys and having a bow on the front door was the icing on the cake for this process and such a great welcome.
