Karan’s ability to successfully market and sell our properties in Twizel is in our view, second to none, her word is her bond. If Karan says she will do a market appraisal on a certain date and time, it will be done. Karan thoroughly familiarises herself with the property she is marketing and can display and discuss truthfully that property to a potential buyer. The ultimate for Karan’s clients is that after dealing with her they can confidently meet and greet with her in a social situation in a friendly manner with absolutely no regrets of having engaged her in her professional role.
