Kara cheerfully helped us through the process of buying our new home.

Kara was great to work with. She is enthusiastic about her role, and went out of her way to make sure that the process was as easy as possible. We felt that we could ask her anything; and if she was not completely sure she would go and find out for us. She helped us make contact with the vendors to make extra agreements around items that we wanted to purchase from them; and about us taking over some items that they could not take with them into their new home. We were able to actually meet with the vendors, get to spend some time with them, and get more detailed information about the house. It made what is always a stressful process a lot easier.
