Tough situation handled Professionally

I purchased a property off Kara in Parakai and we had problems with settlement of another buyer about 4 steps down. It took 6 days to settle and Kara went above and beyond to try and hurry things up. She conversed with my agent and another agent to try and make amends. I cannot rate Kara high enough for the effort and work she puts in! She was way more than just an agent trying to sell a house. She did everything possible to help with an unsettling experience of having a late settlement.
