Her team also provided extraordinary service, from organising a photographer on a sunny day (after seven consecutive days of rain), to drafting S&P agreement, and following up with my solicitor (who doesn't usually respond to all emails). She also shared lots of useful contacts from cleaners, handymen, builders, solicitors, estimators, and rental managers. She prepared and presented lots of comparable transactions before and during the marketing campaign.
